A mining company designed for machines from day one.

Harnec is early. The thesis is simple: mining equipment should be designed for remote control and coordinated robotic work from the start.

Pre-operational

Technology should shape the operation from the start.

Harnec intends to operate mines and develop the industrial machines used in them. Robotics and operating discipline have to develop together.

The company remains at an early stage. There is no active Harnec mine, project, permit, mineral asset, deployed fleet, commercial product, or published operating result behind this site.

How Harnec will test the thesis.

These principles will guide future technical work. They do not describe a current operation.

Design around the operator

Remote presence should preserve context, authority, and the ability to intervene.

Treat machines as a fleet

Hardware, controls, sensing, and records should share an operating model.

Make system state clear

Operators should know what a machine is doing, why it is doing it, and who has control.

Expand trust deliberately

Automation should grow through bounded tasks, evidence, and a known fallback.
